Escape From Suburbia this Friday in Warminster.

After three lightly attended events for Hatboro's First Friday celebration we're hosting another (and third) of our ongoing monthly video-discussion at a new venue, the NAWDC Centrifuge, 780 Falcon Cir., in Warminster, PA at 7:30 PM on Friday, June 13th. Admission is free.

Escape from Suburbia is produced by Dara Rowland, End of Suburbia Productions 2007 (95 min's).

It's the powerful sequel to the End of Suburbia, which explored the American way of life and its prospects in an energy-constrained world. In Escape, director Gregory Greene moves us from the realm of theory and despair to the real world, where practical solutions are experienced. We follow the stories of three unique characters struggling to reinvent the American Dream in their own lives. Expert opinion from government and industry is 
balanced by on-the-street skepticism from an emerging movement of citizen's groups confronting our addiction to oil in extraordinary ways.
