The Healing Potential of Non-ordinary States of Consciousness
A Holotropic Breathwork Experience,
with Beth Wadman, MD, and Molly Brown, M.A.,M.Div.

Friday Feb 2, 7-9 pm (introduction) and Saturday Feb 3, 9 am to 7 pm.

As we explore our own potential for transformation, we discover our interconnectedness with all life. Beth Wadman has trained extensively in holotropic breathwork with Stanislof Grof and other trainers. Everyone attending the Saturday workshop will have an opportunity for an individual breathwork journey.

Suggested donation to benefit APPLE and Ecology Center projects: Friday only: $25; Friday and Saturday together: $125.
