GARDENS OF DESTINYSubmitted Wed, 2008-07-16 21:13 — jocelyn GARDENS OF DESTINY in North Vancouver! GARDENS OF DESTINY is a production whose style is between An Inconvenient Truth and a classic documentary. The accent is placed on the communication of important facts, which arise from the central character, DAN JASON, of the SEED AND PLANT SANCTUARY FOR CANADA and 7 specialists in agriculture. GARDENS OF DESTINY explains why conventional agriculture in North America is dangerous for our collective future (food crisis?) and why organic local farming (or gardening) is better. The film starts from the premise that climate change is a reality and that the price of fossil energy is going to increase: this fact will have the effect of increasing prices generally and in particular the price of food. GARDENS OF DESTINY was screen in 35 cities in Canada. You are invited to see GARDENS OF DESTINY in August 2008: -In North Vancouver at the Harvest festival at the Lynn Canyon Ecology Center at 2:30 pm on Sunday, August 3rd. -info: 604-990-3756- www.GARDENSOFDESTINY.com demers276@hotmail.com Event title: Start: End: Location: Location(s)North Vancouver, BC See map: Google Maps Event Website: Contact Email: Key 1
