The East Bay Post-Carbon Solutions Group is a local grassroots organization. Currently, we meet twice a month and welcome new members. We also have plans for a conference in late October on how we can begin now to find hopeful and positive responses to the inevitable changes that will accompany the rapidly-approaching depletion of oil.
