Local Action for a Sustainable Tomorrow

Here is the spreadsheet updated with the changes to the focus areas that I noted last night.

I've formatted it so that it should print reasonably neatly on four pages in landscape orientation.

As we start working on filling in these cells, it obviously will get a lot larger, and we will probably want to split it into separate tabs so that each focus area can work on their own tab independently. For now, I figure, it's something to help us get started.
