We need to collect experience of creating web-based clearing for local currencies. As far as I can see we have some experiments going

The weblets platform is being used for that.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/weblets Experience so far: stable system used in several installations, but due to lack of experience we cannot seem to get it running on our server yet.

Then Kim Dixon at http://www.seabay.org.uk is starting a forum using the OCP platform http://ocportal.com/Experience: in set-up phase
