The Diablo Post-Carbon Study Group is concerned citizens gathering to educate ourselves on Peak Oil and other energy issues. Our structure will be open and democratic, and our agenda is not fully defined. Experienced "peakniks" and newcomers alike are welcome. We may get political, and we certainly will talk about re-localization and how we can strengthen our community ties.
