Currently, Farmhands is working in the Flathead Valley to strengthen the natural bond between the people who produce the food and the people who eat it. They believe a healthy society is not possible without healthy family farms and are working to protect the Flathead Valley's rich, working farmlands for future generations. They have published their third edition of the "farm map" which identifies local farms and how to contact them. They also recently included an insert that lists businesses that buy locally grown and produced foods. Look for a map at the chamber of commerce,local coffee shops and businesses.
