I'm planning to run a workshop on 'Establishing a Post Carbon Outpost' (or I may call it a 'relocalisation group') for our small rural community. I'd like to establish a group which actually physically meets together and does things (i.e. not an electronic group).
I think it could be helpful if there was downloadable printable document which outlines the premises, concept and need for relocalisation, endorsed by The Relocalisation Network and the PCI.
