WELCOME TO POST OIL PERTH!

We are a very new group, but we need to grow ...fast!

Soaring oil, petrol, food, manufacturing and transport costs are just beginning their escalating devastation on modern society... Time is running out and, if we don't ALL make it through post oil, then ultimately, none of us will...

But chances are it's not too late if we act NOW.

And a low carbon future could be a better place than where we are now. Imagine the feeling of really belonging to your community, enjoying a simpler, slower pace of living and getting re-connected with the earth and nature as you become more self-reliant.

So join us today!

How? Just go to the "User Login" part of the orange area over to the right, and click on "Create New Account". Enter your info and the 4 letter code you see there.... with no spaces!. Don't forget to go to the Members and Mentors Map and put yourself on it! If you are a Mentor make sure you include an email or phone number on your "balloon".

What can you do to prepare?

If you would like some ideas to get you going personally, check out the "sticky" post on the Forum.

Other transitioning communities have proved up a number of effective strategies that you can get details and support on here. If you are interested in being involved you'd be very welcome.

Would you like to participate in shaping Post Oil Perth?

We are open to suggestions on how to achieve this vision, particularly from those who are willing to be involved in making them happen!

So, let's get started...

We'd like to set Post Oil Perth so that it operates as a resource for empowering people in their preparation for Post Oil.

What will that look like? What needs to happen?

Share your ideas on our Forum or email them to me.
