There is a good documentary available to watch on the internet called "Oil. Smoke and Mirrors". The whole documentary consists of interviews with the usual peak oil activists, (Cambell, Heinberg). The first half is all about peak oil. The second half is about how Peak Oil is related to 911 and the War on Terror. They make a pretty good argument for government complicity, but can't prove it.
