SustainaBundy has now been incorporated and it's legal organisation name is "SustainaBundy Inc."
I just got off the phone with the office of Fair Trading and they indicated it has been approved, registered and documentation is on it's way. We're not just a group we are an Incorporated Community Association.
This is great because it gives us another level of credibility and independence. It allows us to open a bank account in SustainaBundy Inc.'s name so as we can deposit cheques for donations and for advertising in the SustainaBundy Guide.

...and not long after Dean sent that message yesterday, the incorporation documents arrived in the mail! He also got us an ABN and researched bank accounts for community groups - we can open an account any time now, we finally have everything we need. I'm going to work on creating invoices for advertisers now, and getting the guide into the final stages for printing!
