Another local screening?
Post-Carbon London has a copy of the film The Power of Community -- a film that is associated with that web site.
We've screened it once. I'm sure that all of the other organizers would agree with me that the Post-Carbon London copy should be screened locally again though. If someone would like to help organize that please post to this forum or get in touch with me. You can contact me through this web site or by e-mailing me at tblack2 at uwo dot ca.
There's a lot that Post-Carbon London could do -- as a group acting alone, and by collaborating with other groups -- but we need many more people to step up and pitch in. We haven't been able to accomplish much because people haven't shown much interest in helping with anything.
By the way, the previous screening of the film was part of series organized with the local chapter of the Council of Canadians. At the start of next year there will be another series, and it will be posted on the calendar soon.
