Town Hall Meeting
Wed. March 12th - 6 & 7 P.M.
at The Big Sur Grange Hall
We hope you will join us on Wednesday, March 12th at the Big Sur Grange Hall for a Town Hall Meeting that is being organized by Big Sur Powerdown.
Many of you have been involved with the BSPD community in the past or have heard of our projects and ideas. Our main mission is in building community and providing resources, tools and strategies for a better tomorrow. Thus, we simply ask you to join us for this opportunity to explore how you can work together with other folks in the Big Sur community and to answer the pressing questions our community faces today.
We will meet together starting at 6:00 PM for a potluck dinner at the Grange Hall. The Town Hall meeting and brainstorm will follow (starting promptly at 7:00 PM and ending promptly at 8:30 PM) this will be an engaging and dynamic facilitated discussion. Feel free to join us for one or both parts of the meeting.
This event is apart of a community assessment project we are engaging in hopes to produce a more vibrant, regenerative, localized and engaged community, Many of you have been working towards these ends for years, and have done the groundwork for these types of meetings to take place, we are so appreciative of your work! We hope that representatives from all the diverse existing groups in Big Sur will come and participate and glean helpful information about how we can be most effective and work together to enhance the community we all call home.
Please invite others you think can contribute
and for those who are unable to attend we will let you know the outcomes.
Thank you and hope to see you there!
